UV printing cures ink instantly with UV light, so it bonds to hard materials that sublimation and screen printing cannot handle: leather, metal, glass, acrylic, wood, and coated plastics. It prints full color with no setup screens, which is why it works for one-off orders as well as production runs.

Our facility is in Gilroy, California, in the South Bay about 30 minutes from San Jose and the heart of Silicon Valley. Blank products are sourced globally, but every print, quality check, and shipment happens here, which is why US delivery takes 2 to 5 days instead of 2 to 4 weeks.
Small runs usually ship a few days after you approve the proof. Larger production runs get a ship date we confirm before you commit, based on quantity and product.
Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) print best. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also works. We review every file and tell you if it needs work before anything prints.
